B&B was born with the purpose to offer a very elegant and modern building, completely surrounded by a very special landscape made of oaks, secular trees, olive groves and almonds.

A few meters from the Villa, the suite occupants can use all the structure’s services and the swimming pool as well.
With its 65 m², it offers large external spaces with front porch, kitchen with 4 burners stove, oven and fridge; double bed with the possibility to add two single beds (so max 4 beds), Linen in cotton, TV 32’ inches in the room + TV 24’ inches in the kitchen.
Ceiling fan, safety box, wardrobe, craft furniture, hair dryer, diffusion wire in all the apartment (USB/radio sources), free Wi-Fi.

Rates include: Breakfast dessert or salty Buffet on request, free-Wi-fi in all the external and internal areas, access to the swimming pool, solarium with con beach umbrellas, sunbeds and towels. Room daily cleaning, sheets change every 3 days, towels change almost 3 times in a week. Private large car park for the customers.
Rates don’t include: equal tourist tax (city tax) at 0.50 euros per person (January 1st-March 31st) and 1 euro per person (1 April-31 December) for maximum 5 days, but free for kids under 12 years old. The city tax must be paid at the check out.

Swimming pool
The pool of about 80mq is completely covered with a very particular mosaic. Reflecting the rays of sunlight, it emanates sparkles of different colours all day long.
At night, instead, our swimming pool donates different sceneries with amazing colours thanks to 6 led lamps!
The access to the swimming pool is just reserved to the Hotel resort guests.
WHY THE VALLE D’ITRIA?
Because it is an amazing place, not yet well-known, located between the Salento and the south of Bari, in the area that includes Alberobello, Martina Franca, Cisternino, Ceglie Messapica and Locorotondo. Surrounded by a flourishing green, olive trees and dry walls.
Valle d’Itria is still an authentic land, with ancient traditions and a strong link with the natural environment, which is reflected in the local food and wine: field of olive trees as far as the eye can see, almond trees, vineyards and orchards are around the farms, many of which are still inhabited and often converted into activities and structures related to tourism.

Andrea and his mother were the perfect hosts, always making sure we had everything we needed. Located on 5 minutes from Ostuni in the countryside, it´s perfect for those who love peace and quiet. Amazing pool and clean rooms.

Wonderful place
Villa Fumarola is such a beautiful, calm and quite place, we highly recommend to stay there. It is recently built with lots of kind details, everything is nice, new and modern. The room is big, enough space for the luggage. There is also a safe. We stayed 3 nights and explored the white villages around this area. There is so much to see and we definitely could have stayed longer. To have such a relaxing place after returning from city sightseeings is absolutely perfect. The pool area is very clean and spacious. Breakfast is a buffet, a lot of choices and even fruits from the garden were offered to us. It could not have been better! In the room you will find a list with tips to do and restaurant recommendations. We tried one of the restaurants and we had a blast.

Great stay near Ostuni
Villa Fumarola is a very nice and very well maintained property to stay near Ostuni. It is located 4km from the white city. The owner Andrea, who runs the business, and his mother are very kind and attentive. The breakfast is delicious. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The pool is big and very clean. There is big parking area. You really have everything you need. Highly recommended. We will definitely be back.

Fantastic holiday, I would definitely go back
Andrea, the host, was incredibly helpful and friendly during the visit. The facilities were incredible and it had a very peaceful atmosphere. The rooms were cleaned daily and the breakfast each morning was great.

Eccezionale
Neue Anlage, sehr gepflegt und wenige Autominuten entfernt von Ostuni. Andrea, der Besitzer, ist ein super Host und sehr bemüht damit die Gäste einen tollen Aufenthalt geniessen können (geht auch auf Wünsche ein). Sehr ruhige Lage für relaxte Ferien. Das Frühstück ist umfangreich und die Zimmer sehr sauber und geräumig.
